Baend (pronounced “bay-nd” ) grew up in Moorcroft, Wyoming and following graduation from Moorcroft High School attended the University of Wyoming for his undergraduate degree and subsequent Masters degree in Business Administration. He then attended the University of Wyoming College of Law in Laramie and while he was there was chosen by his peers to be the Potter Law Club (Student Bar Association) President and was also the Student Director of the Family and Child Legal Advocacy Clinic.
Baend lives in Laramie with his beautiful wife, Tia, son Kolby, and their two dogs Luke and Leia. In his free time he enjoys coaching his son’s sports teams, being involved in community groups, fishing, skiing, cycling, other outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
